There is no denying that both Alcoholics Anonymous and Narcotics Anonymous meetings are great sources of support. But they are not right for everyone with a substance abuse problem. Some people need the higher level of care that can only be found by going to drug and alcohol rehab.
Fortunately, the Kent area can cater to this need, and there are many rehab programs for people to choose from.
There are more than 30 different rehab facilities located within a 5-mile radius of Kent, Washington. As if that were not enough options, the SAMHSA treatment finder tool indicates that there are more than 400 of them within a 50-mile radius.
While it is good to have plenty of options to choose from, not all rehab facilities are the same. Some of them treat a lot of patients at once, which can leave people feeling more like a number than a person. It is best to choose a program that has a smaller patient population. In addition, finding one that is accredited by The Joint Commission will ensure the highest quality of care.
There are several different types of alcohol and drug rehabs in the Kent area. This can cause confusion in someone who wants to go to treatment, but they do not know what type of program would be best. Fortunately, many rehabilitation centers offer free phone assessments to help them make that decision.
The options for treatment programs include:
At Northpoint Seattle, we offer an excellent outpatient rehab program, and it has been celebrated as one of the best in the region. We understand that people experience addiction differently, and as a result, they all have varying needs as well. That is why we offer such a diverse program.
There are three levels of treatment that we offer, and they are traditional outpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment. This allows us to target our clients’ needs for recovery. Our goal is always to see them succeed long-term, and we work hard to make that happen.
Even though research has shown that some forms of outpatient rehab can be just as effective as inpatient treatment, OP may not work for everyone. There are some who need a higher level of care, which is why we always refer them to our facility in Seattle, Northpoint Washington.
Northpoint Washington is a smaller rehab program that includes detoxification services. It is often just what people need as they begin their recovery journeys.
Northpoint Washington’s drug rehab program provides detox services to anyone who needs them. Doctors will assess every patient individually to determine the best course of action for their treatment plan. After detoxing, patients will move on to rehab, where they will be treated for their addictions, co-occurring disorders, or any related conditions.
Alcohol rehab is also offered at Northpoint Washington. Treatment is often essential for alcoholics because they need to treat the physical and mental aspects of their addictions. That means going through both detox and rehab.
When those two types of treatment are combined, the results are often very good. Many of the patients at Northpoint Washington experience long-term recovery and they are thrilled to reach sobriety.
The cost of rehab is something that keeps a lot of people in Kent from pursuing a drug and alcohol rehab program. But that is not a concern they need to worry about at all.
By law, health insurance companies have to offer addiction treatment benefits to their customers. That includes coverage for both detox and rehab. At Northpoint Seattle, we are in-network with many insurance companies to keep our clients’ costs low.
Northpoint Seattle is located just 35 minutes away from the Kent, Washington area. It is a very convenient choice for anyone who is interested in getting treatment for their addiction.
We offer an excellent IOP program that can provide all the support a person needs to recover. For those in need of medical detox services, we can provide a referral for a program that we know and trust.
Recovering from an addiction can be very challenging. But that does not make it impossible. With the right support, it can be done, and we want to help as much as possible.
